Jennifer holds a degree in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University. She says: “As a ScienceBridge Teacher Fellow I can serve as a resource and mentor to my colleagues at Chula Vista Middle School as well as throughout the Sweetwater Union High School District. My participation may encourage other teachers to become teacher fellows in the future, allowing for a more diversified and better equipped body of scientific educators. Not only does the ScienceBridge program bridge the achievement gap for students but also links science teachers to the scientific industry and research community.”
